Speaking of which, here’s a scholarship aimed at students pursuing a career in the field of hospitality management. This is the most important requirement of this scholarship program, so those who are studying different subjects, need not apply.
The American Hotel and Lodging Educational Foundation is offering the Ecolab Scholarship Competition which is open for students who are enrolled in an on-campus or online bachelor degree or an associate program.
You’ll need to be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours for both the upcoming fall and spring semesters.
While the scholarship does not have a minimum GPA requirement, it will be judged based on GPA and financial need, but that won’t be the end of it. The jury will also take into consideration academics, hospitality work experience (if any), extracurricular/professional activities and honors, as well as personality attributes that are to be outlined in a personal essay.
The Ecolab scholarships is worth $2,000 for those enrolled with a bachelor degree and $1,000 for those enrolled with an associate program.
You have until May 01, 2018 to apply for funding with the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Foundation.
