Scholarship for International Students in South Korea 2021-2022

Gwangju Institute in South Korea opens its scholarship for the academic year 2021-2022 for all International students. The Gwangju Institute of Science and technology will be providing a financial aid to a qualified international student who wants to further their education in South Korea. The scholarship main goal is to establish a good connection to different countries all over the globe, by encouraging the international students to study with their Masteral, PH.D. and Degree program in South Korea.  
 
With the help of the scholarship. International students may be able to reach their career path and future goals at the Institute. Gwangju Institute is one of the well-known universities in South Korea that focus on research in science and technology. As a research-oriented university, the university is also one of the members of GIST-KAIST-UNIST-POSTECH-DGIST.  
 
Choosing the institute to further will help you cultivate your talents in the field of science and technology, helps you promote a collaborative research in the industry and with critical thinkers. The scholarship program will be providing a financial aid that will be covering the international student’s tuition fee assistance, research fees, student’s health insurance, accommodation, monthly allowance, and all the travel fees that has been shouldered by the students will be reimbursed upon its arrival to South Korea.  
 

If you are planning on studying to South Korea, you must check the eligibility of this program. The international student must have an English Language proficiency. Certificates of the English Language must be submitted. The students must have an excellent academics, the scholarship organizer will be reviewing the students’ academic and you must also fulfill all the admissible criteria.  
 
International students must apply in to take the admission so they may be able to consider for the scholarship.  
After the admission, candidates for the scholarship must prepare their supporting documents such as an ID Card, cop y of your passport in JPG format, Students CV, Transcript of academic records, two letters of recommendations that you can check here: Letters of Recommendation  
IELTS score must be 6.5, TOEFL iBT: 80, 600: TEPS, 327: NEW TEPS. The English proficiency test must be submitted in original copy and it should be taken in two weeks before the deadline period. The ETS institution code is 0144.  
 
The International students who will be listed for this scholarship will be notified through their email on June 15 for the fall admission and for spring admission on November 30 2021. Keep in mind that you should be able to respond to the offer within fifteen days upon receiving the notification on your email.
